• 4-5 nice steaks. A mix of New Yorks, Tenderloins, Delmonico's, Ribeye's, and Sirloin
• 1lb Stew Beef
• 2-4 Sirloin Tip Steaks
• 1-2 Roasts (chuck or shoulder)
• 8-10lbs ground beef
